Shipping & Returns

Your NovSuity kit is currently available for pre-order. Orders placed during this period will be shipped at the end of August 2026. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your delivery.

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to return your order. The product must be returned in its original condition, complete and unused. To request a return, simply contact us and we will guide you through the process.
